Helping Others Oppose Radical Activists and Associates is the name chosen to begin a movement to educate and inform the public on issues where big money backers have influenced public opinion and helped shape public policy.

The "Associates" in HOORAA are the politicians who take advantage of the stances of radical activists for their own political purposes and in this case, it is a land grab!

The first issue that will be addressed by a formal petition is saving the carriage horse. Together with the propaganda disseminated by the ASPCA, HSUS,  PETA and NYCLASS since 2006, MANY PEOPLE BELIEVE the unlawful libelous writings and the slanderous writings   by these alleged  "honorable" & "do-good" organizations!

In the event you are one of those people who believe carriage horses are abused in NYC, click on the photo, watch and read the supporting material that has been compiled based on fact, not fiction.  If you believe the horses are not abused, please click on the photo, read, sign  the petition and please tell your family, friends and business associates and shout HOORAA with gusto!

Robert Redford said it best when he spoke about the  horse.    I believe, as do so many of my fellow Americans, that the wild horse is an irreplaceable national treasure.  It would be a tragic mistake to allow this noble creature to disappear from our western landscape.

Today, the cousin of the wild horse  is at risk of becoming extinct  since NYC Mayor DeBlasio plans to ban the carriages horses from the city.  If he is successful, all carriage horse businesses are at risk  as a domino effect would take place in the same manner the smoking ban spread like wildfire across the country after the first ever smoking ban in the United States was passed in New York City in 2003.

The horse has been the companion-helper of humankind for centuries.  It helped pull barges through canals; plowed the fields of farmers who fed America; and  pulled wagons of produce & milk to our neighborhoods, to name only a few  ways the horse has helped us.

The horse is proven to be highly effective in theraputic settings.  Imagine the effects on our elders, and society in general, if the  horse-drawn wagon full of fruits and vegetables would be re-introduced back into the urban environent!   IMAGINE . . . and listen.
